First of all, this is probably the most profound thing I've seen that's even remotely connected to Trey Parker and Matt Stone. Second, I really agree with the point that Alan Watts (the voice in the video) made.
It's not really the destination, it's the journey. And this applies to pretty much everything in life, no matter what you do. I think the most rewarding thing in life is doing what you love. And if you are doing what you love you will do it well. I think that the rise of the computer age, Web 2.0 and Open Source Software, are all the products of people that really love what they do, otherwise they wouldn't be doing them.
Maybe what I'm saying is pretty obvious but I think it's a point that needs to be made. Passion comes first, success comes later.
